This Contract of Care outlines the principles and standards that guide our interactions, as well as the responsibilities of both caregivers and care seekers.

Professional Code of Conduct
At K’SerraSerra®️ US, our team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Care Code of Ethics

Limits of Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information shared with us. However, there are certain legal obligations where confidentiality may be limited:
Mandated Reporting (State of Colorado and U.S.):

Threats of Harm to Self or Others: If an individual expresses a serious intent to harm themselves or others, we are required to take necessary steps, including notifying law enforcement or other authorities. Sexual Misconduct and Anti-Harassment Agreement
Our organization has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual misconduct or harassment:
Sexual Misconduct: Any form of sexual misconduct, including inappropriate comments, advances, or actions, is strictly prohibited.
Anti-Harassment: Harassment of any kind, whether based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic, will not be tolerated.
Reporting Mechanisms: Any incidents of sexual misconduct or harassment should be reported immediately. We will take prompt and appropriate action in response to any such reports.
Medical Emergency
In the event of a medical emergency we strongly encourage you to contact your local emergency services (e.g., 911). While we will make every attempt to provide you with resource referrals, we cannot guarantee that these referrals or services will directly meet or address your medical emergent needs. Therefore, we recommend and encourage you to contact your local emergency services resources to ensure you receive adequate emergency care.
